Photoshop Basic Skills – Student-led Seminar

The e-Business Student Association is proud to announce our first student-led seminar of the semester!

Third year e-Business Marketing student, Lauren Ashmore, will be joined by 4th year students Faria Islam and Sarah Pascoe to facilitate a hands-on workshop on Photoshop skills. The workshop will be focused around creating images and banners for social media and websites, including:

  • Setting up the canvas
  • Overview of basic tools with an emphasis on cropping and text
  • Resolutions and dimensions used in different social media platforms
  • How to adjust an image in order to emphasize your “look”
  • How to export the image properly for web usage
